The Role

We’re hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our tight-knit admin crew. Experience is ideal, but attitude is everything—we’ll train you from day one!

You’ll be the smiling face patients see when they arrive and the friendly voice they hear when they call.

Your rostered hours will be between 7:40AM – 5:20PM.

What We’re Looking For

Must haves:

Minimum 1 year of experience in medical reception or a strong background in customer service

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English

You must have your own reliable transport

Bonus Points if You Have:

Experience within a specialist setting

Knowledge of private / Workcover / DVA medical billing and booking surgery (or keen to learn)

Xestro software experience

Strong time management + multitasking abilities

Desire to stay long term

Day-to-Day You’ll Be…

Greeting patients & answering calls

Managing busy clinician diaries & preparing clinic

Coordinating surgeries & sending patient info packs

Handling payments & correspondence

Liaising with hospitals, insurers, and rehab providers

Supporting satellite clinics (Cleveland) when needed

Maintaining patient-confidentiality & professionalism
