The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Plumbing Supervisor will play a hands-on leadership role, overseeing and delivering a variety of plumbing and civil projects across residential, commercial, and water infrastructure sectors. You will lead small site crews, (3-7 people) while also being hands on in the field for a range of projects.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train apprentices and tradespeople.
• Competent in reading plans and organising machinery, labour, and tools to independently run plumbing jobs from start to finish.
• Current SA plumbing licence, ideally with hands-on experience in drainage, hot and cold-water systems, fire services, suspended works, and stormwater.
• Positive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to sites across greater Adelaide and regional SA as required.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
