The Role

• Deliver domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects end-to-end
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and WHS compliance
• Manage client liaison and conflict resolution, often in occupied
• Handle make-safes, inspections, scheduling and progress reporting
• Forecast project revenue and completion dates while managing
  budgets
• Maintain meticulous documentation and meet insurer SLAs

The Criteria

• Supervisor’s Licence and trade qualification (highly desirable)
• Minimum 12 months experience in construction/building supervision (insurance/reno experience ideal)
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations
• Proven ability to balance site work with high-volume admin and scheduling
• Knowledge of WHS, NCC, AS3740 and insurance compliance requirements
• Occasional travel and overtime during emergency situations required
