Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes with consistency and flair

Collaborate on menu development, including seasonal specials

Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets café standards

Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment

Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste minimisation

Work efficiently in a fast-paced café while contributing positively to the team

What We’re Looking For

Passion for cooking, especially café-style breakfast and lunch dishes

Previous experience as a chef or cook in a café or restaurant setting

Creativity and enthusiasm for fresh, seasonal menu ideas

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

A team player with great communication skills
