We’re a well-established Club right in the heart of Red Hill, where looking after our people is just as important as looking after our members. Our full table-service restaurant is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who’s part leader, part coach, part problem-solver, and full-time vibe-setter. You’ll lead by example, jump into the middle of service when needed, and help create an environment where both staff and members feel cared for and inspired.

Your typical roster: Tuesday to Saturday – 4 full days covering lunch and dinner service, plus 1 half day (either lunch or dinner).

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Running the day-to-day operations of our 200-seat restaurant with polish and personality.

Leading from the front – this is a 100% hands-on role where you’re right there with the team.

Coaching, training and mentoring a passionate team of FOH staff (working closely with BOH and Duty Managers too).

Handling guest enquiries and turning any issues into positive experiences.

Keeping standards high – service, safety, compliance and quality are non-negotiables.

Managing stock, ordering and other behind-the-scenes essentials.

What You’ll Bring 🌟

Demonstrated experience leading in a table service environment (management or supervisor level).

Strong communication and leadership skills – you know how to rally a team FOH & BOH (and Duty Managers).

Ability to stay cool in a fast-paced environment.

A solid understanding of restaurant operations and financials.

Most importantly: a genuine love for hospitality, customer service and creating a great team culture.

Passion for Food & Beverage – strong knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the products we serve.
