The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time role. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, love creating efficient and positive kitchen cultures, and want to make a real impact – this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, quality, and hygiene
Lead and motivate 5-10 kitchen staff to maintain high standards and smooth service
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and WHS procedures
✅ Collaborate with front-of-house and store teams for seamless customer experiences
✅ Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
✅ Support training and development of your kitchen team

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Proven experience managing a busy kitchen or food service environment
🧼 Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Leadership skills with the ability to build team culture and mentor others
📋 Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
⏰ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
🚗 Have your own vehicle to get to the airport for early mornings or late shifts
