About the Role

As Duty Manager , you will:

Support the General Manager in overseeing the venue's operations.

Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a high degree of service culture.

Manage all facets of F&B, Gaming, TAB, and Keno operations.

Oversee staff training and development, promoting a positive and proactive team environment.

Maintain compliance with legislation, licensing, and workplace health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a senior management role within a busy hospitality environment.

The ability to run the venue professionally and independently.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, leading by example to manage and inspire your team.

Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations.

Proficiency in Office and stock control systems.

Current Qld RMLV, RSA, RSG licenses, and relevant gaming experience.
