About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and outcome-driven Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing🔹 Outcome-Driven Execution

• Own end-to-end programme delivery with clear visibility of progress, risks, and milestones
• Manage project capacity and task allocation to meet critical deadlines
• Align priorities across shared resources through proactive stakeholder engagement

🔹 Team & Project Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore delivery partners
• Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities, and expectations across all workstreams
• Resolve blockers and ensure smooth progress throughout the programme lifecycle

🔹 Quality & Delivery Discipline

• Champion delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) tailored to programme needs
• Embed best practices and continuous improvement into programme governance
• Identify and mitigate process gaps to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Manage progress reporting and communication with senior leaders, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Build strong relationships to foster trust, transparency, and alignment
• Escalate risks and recommend mitigation strategies proactively

What You’ll Bring✅ Proven experience in programme or project management across large-scale initiatives
✅ Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
✅ Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
✅ Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) are highly desirable
