Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a strong background in remedial construction?

We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in the field to lead and manage complex remedial projects across Sydney. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes across a variety of structural repair, facade upgrade, waterproofing, and heritage refurbishment works.

About the Role: As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations and successful execution of remedial construction projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site operations for remedial construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Implement and maintain site safety and WHS compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Liaise with project teams and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain workflow.
• Manage scheduling of works, delivery of materials, and site logistics.
• Oversee remedial works such as concrete repair, crack injection, façade rectification, structural strengthening, waterproofing, and corrosion protection.
• Maintain detailed site records, daily reports, and progress tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role within remedial construction.
• Solid knowledge of remedial methodologies, materials, and systems.
• Proven ability to manage high-quality remedial projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of WHS, QA, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or similar field.
• Waterproofing certificate highly desirable.
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence.
