The Role
You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing defects, and performing service, maintenance, and rectification work on commercial bathroom installations.
We’re looking for someone who can walk onto a job site, spot what’s wrong and get it sorted without being spoon-fed instructions, compromising safety, or cutting corners.
This isn’t a junior role, and it’s not for people who need to be told twice. We need a competent, switched-on individual with a solid set of hands and even better judgment.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

• Deliver high-quality workmanship through caulking, cleaning, grouting, carpentry, tiling, and glazing, (all things bathroom)

• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards (A/S).

• Liaise effectively with project managers, coordinators, and clients.

• Log your hours daily, keep defect registers updated, and submit reports using the systems we provide.

• Accurately forecast and request materials.

• Lead and manage additional labour when required.

Who You Are:
Ideally, you’ll have a background in construction, building, or general handyman work. Experience with large-scale or high-end commercial projects is a definite plus. If you’re licensed in plumbing, carpentry or electrical work, that’s a major advantage—but we’re also open to skilled, unlicensed candidates who understand when to call in a specialist.
