Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of structural steel components for various construction projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safety and efficiency during installation activities.
• Follow project plans and specifications to meet quality standards.
• Utilize rigging techniques to safely lift and position heavy materials.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment used during installations.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Relevant trade qualification (Boilermaking or Rigging) preferred but not mandatory for Trade Assistants.
• Previous experience in construction or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols within the building industry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills with attention to detail.
