About the Role: Disability Support Worker - 7 days a week (5 to 6 hours a day)

We are expanding our team and are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed support workers to provide exceptional care and support to our NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respectful and personalised support, including personal care, daily routines, transport, and community participation.

Follow individualised care and support plans to help participants achieve their personal goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of safety and safeguarding.

Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and our in-house team.

What You Bring:

A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Current First Aid & CPR certifications.

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Flexibility and reliability to meet participant needs.

Fluent English Language

Highly Regarded (Not Essential):

Experience in mental health or challenging behaviour support settings.

Qualifications in aged care or disability support.

Availabilities during the week and on weekends
