NDIS Support Worker – Female | Brighton & Across Melbourne | 24/7 Roster

Resilient Life Care is a small, family-run NDIS Core Supports provider with a big heart. We’re passionate about delivering quality, person-centred care, and we're looking for dedicated, like-minded Support Workers to join our growing team across Melbourne, starting with an immediate need in Brighton.

We provide 24-hour supports in 8-hour shifts, and we’re committed to building a team that genuinely cares about the people we support. Succesfull applicants will receive training and onboarding from our team leader.

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with a participant who requires consistent, high-quality support. This role involves:

Assisting with daily living activities

Providing personal care, including hoisting and catheter care

Maintaining routines and creating a safe, empowering environment

Working independently and as part of a support team

Please note: Due to the specific needs and preferences of the participant, only female applicants with native English fluency will be considered for this position.

About You:

We’re seeking someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Confident with manual handling and personal care tasks (hoisting, catheter bags, etc.)

Experienced in supporting individuals with complex physical care needs

Committed to making a genuine difference in someone’s life

Preferred Certifications:

Cert III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Manual Handling Training (highly regarded)
