Female Support Worker – Morning Shifts (Blackburn)

Join Beyond Barriers Care – We provide exceptional NDIS support, promoting independence and quality of life for our participants. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and pet-friendly Female Support Worker to support an NDIS participant in their 50s.

What you’ll do:

Personal care – bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

Safe transfers – using hoists, Sara Steady, wheelchairs

Medication administration & accurate record keeping

Wheelchair assistance – positioning, comfort, mobility support

Encourage independence and community access

Follow NDIS guidelines & safety procedures

What you’ll need:

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent – preferred)

Experience in personal care & community access

Pet-friendly and comfortable around animals

Current First Aid & CPR

Valid driver’s licence & reliable car

NDIS Screening Check

Location: Blackburn
Hours: Around 5-6 hours in the mornings
