Position: Operations & Business Development Manager

Company Overview: Golden Links is a newly established subsidiary of an international business group, created to deliver premium VIP transportation services across Australia. We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven individual to play a key role in building and leading this new venture—both on the ground and in the market. This is a unique opportunity to join at the founding stage and contribute directly to the business setup, client acquisition, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the startup and development of the Golden Links business in Australia.

Establish relationships with VIP clients such as luxury hotels, embassies, corporates, and event planners.

Set up and manage day-to-day limousine operations including chauffeur coordination, fleet readiness, and service excellence.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure operational compliance with Australian laws and licensing.

Recruit, lead, and train operational staff and drivers.

Represent the company professionally with high-level clients.

Contribute to business strategy and help shape the long-term direction of the company.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in the limousine, chauffeur, or VIP hospitality sector in Australia.

A strong network of industry contacts with the potential to bring in early business.

Proven ability to handle both business development and operations leadership.

Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Deep understanding of Australian service culture; knowledge of Muslim client needs is a plus.

An entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently in a startup environment.
