We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations and help drive the next phase of our growth.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Firmfit’s success. You’ll oversee all aspects of the business outside of clinical care, from managing leads to refining marketing strategies, while ensuring that operations run smoothly and profitably.

You will manage and support a small team (2-3 staff handling lead calls), collaborate with our external marketing agency, and implement strategies to improve patient conversions and overall efficiency.

This is a role for someone who thrives on independence, creativity, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the Firmfit brand

Manage and mentor 2-3 team members handling inbound leads

Work closely with marketing agencies to optimise campaigns

Monitor lead flow, ROI, and conversion statistics

Identify and implement growth strategies across digital, social, and business operations

Improve Firmfit’s social media and online presence

Analyse business performance and suggest new opportunities for expansion

Drive efficiency, accountability, and profitability across operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Business-minded with proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development

Skilled in social media, digital marketing, and ROI tracking

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Confident managing a small team and collaborating with agencies

Results-driven with a strong eye for efficiency and conversion improvement

Excited by the challenge of growing a business and seeing direct impact
