The Role

As our Accounts Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial functions while contributing to the smooth running of our operations. Your work will directly support management, suppliers, customers, and auditors - making you a key part of our growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including processing invoices, payments, and remittances.

Oversee the Accounts Receivable function - allocating payments, issuing statements, and managing aged debtors.

Manage supplier and customer queries, verifying details and supporting strong stakeholder relationships.

Handle banking, credit card reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.

Contribute to finance team initiatives and cross-departmental projects as East West continues to grow.
