Numbers may be your strength—but at O&M, this role is about more than spreadsheets. As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers, sales, and finance. You’ll ensure our accounts are accurate, payments are on track, and relationships remain strong.

What you’ll be doing:

Keeping close contact with customers & sales reps

Staying on top of debtor accounts and chasing down overdue payments (with persistence and professionalism)

Managing new customer setups & credit checks like a pro

Processing EFT & credit card payments, reconciliations, and trial balances with accuracy

Owning the Finance shared mailbox

Juggling reporting, data entry, and ERP (NetSuite) management

Backing up the Finance team with ad hoc tasks-because no task is too small

What we’re looking for:

3-5 years of hands-on AR experience (B2B and B2C is a big plus!)

NetSuite knowledge = bonus points

Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based systems skills

A positive, can-do attitude, you’re resilient, resourceful, and a team player

Laser-sharp attention to detail
