We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our team and support the ongoing growth of our busy rural medical clinic.

About the Role

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth service delivery for patients and practitioners alike. Working closely with our doctors, nurses, and administrative team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage administrative and clinical support teams

Oversee rostering, HR, recruitment, and performance management

Manage finances including Medicare billing, accounts and reporting

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation and policies

Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and patient experience

Support Directors with strategic planning and business development

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

An experienced healthcare Practice Manager (or senior admin leader ready to step up)

Skilled in leadership, communication, and problem-solving

Knowledgeable in Medicare, billing and healthcare compliance

Organised, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about delivering excellent patient care and supporting rural health services
