Your new role

  • Prepare quarterly performance scorecards and provide strategic analysis to support firm-wide planning and risk identification.
  • Collaborate with HR to monitor key metrics and define operational strategies aligned with the firm's long-term goals.
  • Lead branding and marketing initiatives for the Accounting division, ensuring consistency across all client and internal materials.
  • Oversee updates to visual identity assets including logos, pitch books, and office collateral, ensuring alignment with firm strategy.
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate representation of all entities and correcting branding inconsistencies.
  • Manage compliance renewals for partners and ensure adherence to Quality Control standards.
  • Oversee IT service agreements, software renewals, and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard digital operations.
  • Coordinate IT equipment setup and upgrades, manage system access, and support implementation of new software across the firm.
  • Lead and support the Accounting Administration team, fostering collaboration and guiding workflow and HR-related tasks.
  • Provide strategic oversight of service trust management, ensuring smooth operations and effective support across the division.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of 8-10 years or more as a Practice Manager within an Accounting Firm.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, performance analysis, and operational risk identification.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory renewals for professional registrations.
  • Solid grasp of IT systems and vendor management, including software lifecycle, cybersecurity protocols, and equipment setup.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support administrative teams, fostering collaboration and effective workflow management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in project management and software implementation.
  • High attention to detail and consistency in maintaining brand standards across digital and physical platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience in supporting HR functions and promoting a positive team culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
