With a clinic relocation in the next 12 weeks, you’ll play a key role in leading change, keeping the team engaged, and ensuring the transition is seamless.
What you’ll be doing
Lead day-to-day operations across two clinics, our mobile service, and remote team.
Maintain and optimise existing systems, ensuring they’re used consistently and effectively.
Design and embed improvements that reduce reliance on one person and build team capability.
Create resources and training that empower the team to take ownership and thrive.
Oversee essential operational tasks such as compliance, supplier management, and debt follow-up.
Partner with directors, clinicians, client care, and marketing to deliver seamless service.
Champion projects (like our upcoming relocation) with clarity and calm.
Mentor and support the client services team, building capability and accountability.
Drive operational and financial performance beyond targets.
What we’re looking for

A problem-solver who finds energy in implementing solutions.
Thrives under pressure but keeps perspective.
Health or allied health background is valued, but not essential.
Role details
Full time Role, however can create a part time option with a minimum 30 hours per week, ideally full time (4–5 days).
Onsite - combination between two clinics to ensure you are connected to all team members and clients.
Salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 + super, plus PD support and performance-linked incentives.
