The Opportunity
Lead and grow our wholesale distribution across financial advisers (IFAs/dealer groups/MDA), family offices/HNWIs, private banks/PWM, and mainstream platforms. You’ll drive platform and research house access, build pipelines, win new assets, and uplift FUM—while keeping everything compliant.
What you’ll do
Channel strategy: Build a 12–24 month plan by segment; refine product positioning and pricing for wholesale.
Platform & research access: Secure/maintain listings (e.g., Netwealth, HUB24, Praemium, BT Panorama, Macquarie Wrap) and manage DDQ/RFPs and documentation. Lead ratings processes with Lonsec/Zenith/SQM/Morningstar.
Sales execution: Run roadshows, CPD sessions, adviser roundtables/webinars and 1:1s. Pitch, negotiate terms, and progress opportunities with clear capture plans.
Account management: Own key accounts; deliver reviews and reporting, manage post-investment comms, and pre-empt/redress redemption risk.
Data & operations: Use CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) for pipeline, segmentation, forecasting and ROI; coordinate with ops/fund admin/custodian on onboarding and flows.
Compliance: Operate within AFSL settings and wholesale client requirements; ensure marketing materials and external comms meet standards.
What you’ll bring
5–10+ years’ wholesale distribution in asset management/platforms/brokers/private banking, with a verified network and fundraising track record.
Product fluency in at least two of: fixed income, private credit/real estate debt, multi-asset, hedge/alternatives, structured solutions—and an ability to turn strategy into clear, compliant selling points.
RG146 (General Advice) or equivalent required; AR/RM experience valued.
Strong sales drive, project management, presentation and negotiation skills; data-led mindset.
Bachelor’s degree (finance/accounting/economics preferred); CFA/CAIA/CFP advantageous.
Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
