The Role

We’re seeking a Registered Architect to join a vibrant Sydney studio, combining creativity and precision to deliver exceptional industrial projects. In this role, you’ll lead projects from concept design through to contract administration, contributing to a diverse and stimulating portfolio.

Multi-use industrial estates & business parks.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Architect in Australia (NSW preferred).

5+ years post-graduate experience in industrial architecture.

Strong pipeline of developers, builders, and industry contacts.

Solid knowledge of NCC, BCA, and Australian Standards.

Proficiency in ArchiCAD, plus rendering & presentation software.

Proven ability to run projects from concept design to delivery.

A design-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Passion for sustainability, ideally with:

Green Building Council of Australia – Green Star.

NABERS Energy & Water ratings.

Net Zero / Low-Carbon Design strategies.

ESD principles & environmentally responsible construction.
