Woods & Co Recruitment are on the hunt for a motivated, experienced, and commercially savvy Assistant Store Manager to join a high-performing flagship retail store.

You'll be working closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience - all while developing your own leadership skills for the next step in your career.

What do you do?

• Assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations
• Drive sales & achieve KPIs through exceptional service and team coaching
• Manage rosters, budgets, and daily store performance
• Lead by example on the shop floor — motivating and developing your team
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly
• Handle stock management, loss prevention, and store administration
• Step up as Acting Store Manager when required

What do you need?

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within retail
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire a team
