About the Role

We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about furniture and homewares, thrives on building strong customer relationships, and enjoys leading and working alongside a close-knit, energetic team.

In this role, you'll take the lead in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, supporting stock handling, managing administrative duties, and assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of one of the largest and busiest stores in our network.

• Proven experience in a lead sales and/or supervisory role.
• Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday roster.
• A confident communicator.
• A degree of physical fitness to assist in stock movement.
• Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and staff.
