About the role
Join our dynamic team at OneCrew as a full-time Administration and Scheduling Assistant. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our Queensland office. This position offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within our rapidly expanding company.
What you'll be doing
Schedule and coordinate multiple trades across projects.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner with clients and homeowners.
Coordinate project timelines, appointments, and deadlines. Track and manage KPIs and job margins to ensure project profitability maintaining accurate records and reports on project performance.
Work closely with project managers and site staff to ensure seamless delivery.
Respond promptly to client queries and follow up on job updates.
Identify and help resolve scheduling or resourcing conflicts.
What we're looking for
Some experience in a similar administration, scheduling or coordination role (ideally in construction, trades, or service-based industries) - but not necessary.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidence.
Knowledge of basic financial principles (e.g., job margins, KPIs).
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
