Make a meaningful impact in aged care without being on the front lines.
At Allinto Ageing Services, we believe quality care starts with quality support - and that begins with you.

As a national support coordination agency working across disability, mental health, and aged care, we deliver person-centred, co-designed solutions that connect people to the services they need. Through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), we support older Australians with essential services including transport, home maintenance, and allied health - all delivered with consistency, compassion, and care.

Now, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Support Officer to join our Aged Care team. This is a full-time/in-office role requiring access to phones, printers & team collaboration.

The Opportunity

As our Administration Support Officer, you’ll be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for all things admin within the CHSP space. While you won’t be providing direct care, your behind-the-scenes work will be critical in supporting our frontline team and ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery to our clients.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, managing onboarding documentation, supporting internal compliance, and helping the team stay organised and responsive. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy coordinating multiple admin tasks, and love knowing your work supports meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and track onboarding documentation for new CHSP clients.
  • Keep client records accurate, complete, and up to date within our CRM and internal systems.
  • Complete data entry, document uploads, and weekly reports to support compliance and service quality.
  • Provide admin support to the Regional Leader and team, including scheduling, document coordination, and internal communication.
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support general office coordination, including supplies, printing, and meeting prep.
  • Assist with internal compliance tasks in line with CHSP and organisational requirements.

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude
  • A commitment to privacy, professionalism, and person-centred service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills - you know how to prioritise and stay on top of tasks
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to pitch in and support your team

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Business Administration (desirable).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver’s licence
  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia

Why Join Allinto?

We’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians. At Allinto, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working in a supportive and forward-thinking team.

  • Paid leave with 17.5% leave loading
  • Access to full salary packaging benefits
  • Enjoy savings at hundreds of well-known retailers
  • Training and development pathways to grow your career
  • Contribute to something that truly matters

Apply now:

Closing date is the 18th of August, but we will be assessing resumes as they come! Questions? Contact [email protected].
