ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the COO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team providing strategic leadership across the business operations, with oversight of financial management, Information Technology, NDIS planning & billing functions, property & fleet management, and risk management.

KEY DUTIES

• Financial stewardship & sustainable resource management
• Information and Technology Leadership
• NDIS planning and service oversight
• Asset and infrastructure management.
• Organisational safety, integrity, and risk leadership.
• Operational excellence and performance leadership.
• Strategic change leadership & innovation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have significant operational leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and sector challenges.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
• Strong financial and resource management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in a complex environment.
