About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at Papa Rolly’s, you’ll be a key part of our kitchen, working with a talented team to deliver dishes that showcase quality, creativity, and consistency. This is a great opportunity for chefs who are passionate about food and want to grow within a professional and supportive environment.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Gemelli standards

Creating menus with flair and innovation, considering stock, seasonality, and guest preferences

Ensuring patron satisfaction by maintaining quality and consistency in every dish

Monitoring stock levels, preservation, rotation, and ordering to minimise wastage

Assisting and training kitchen staff in preparation, techniques, and ingredient knowledge

Supporting in the selection, training, and management of kitchen staff

Maintaining strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar level) in a busy kitchen

A passion for food, teamwork, and delivering quality

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Full working rights in Australia (you must currently live in Australia to apply)
