The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team on a part time or casual basis. Working collaboratively with the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will provide maintenance support to our clients who have sites located across Australia and NZ. You will assist our clients with the day to day operation of their sites to ensure that they are operating at their best and that all maintenance requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
Your Day:
At Harbusol no two days are the same. Your position will be responsible for various tasks throughout the day from issuing of work orders to communication with contractors to follow up on the status of their jobs and processing subcontractor and supplier invoices in preparation for payment. You will be required to work across multiple areas during any given day so your ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure is essential.
Your areas of responsibility will include:
Data entry of all maintenance requests as they are received.
Preparing and allocating work orders, purchase orders and upgrade requests.
Allocating and scheduling in works with contractors and the client.
Working within multiple customer online platforms.
Communicating with contractors and suppliers by providing all necessary information, details and specifications in order to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Contacting clients to advise when the maintenance requests will be attended to and following up as required.
Processing subcontractor and supplier invoices including supporting documentation.
Answering general enquiries from existing and prospective clients.
Other general administration tasks such as answering incoming phone calls, reporting, attending meetings, preparing minutes and other general correspondence as required.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a commercial construction environment (while not essential this would be highly desirable).
A high level of motivation with a flexible can do attitude.
Possess a professional telephone manner.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and multitask in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Possess analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office .
Strong customer service skills
Casual and Part Time positions available across various hours and shifts are available including On-Call after hours.
