Murray House is a community owned not-for-profit aged care facility that is overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors. The facility has the capacity to house 65 residents, who have chosen to make it their home and live in private and comfortable accommodation. Murray House is known as an innovative facility providing residents with quality care with considerate country values.

About the role

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work as part of a small, caring, flexible and committed team that is integral to our community. The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centered nursing care to residents in an aged care setting. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the EEN supports residents’ health and well-being by providing clinical care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. The role requires a commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life while ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort.

Requirements

Appropriate qualification and registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Current NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain one

Commitment and work ethic to deliver quality & caring clinical health care services

Enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
