Intermediate to Senior Electrical BIM Modeller

Are you an experienced BIM Modeller looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Electrical BIM Modeller to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical services models for a range of building projects.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, producing, and managing detailed Revit models to support the production of electrical services shop drawings. You’ll collaborate closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless coordination across building services and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM standards and families within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and maintain Revit models for electrical services.

Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings for Electrical Lighting, LV Power, and Communication systems.

Assist with multidisciplinary services coordination to resolve design clashes and achieve efficient solutions.

Support the BIM team with the development and refinement of BIM families and workflows.

Work with document control systems including BIM360/ACC, with Aconex experience highly regarded.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a collaborative environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a BIM Modeller, ideally within a contractor environment.

Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (intermediate to advanced level).

Experience with BIM360/ACC or other document control systems.

Knowledge of electrical building services, including lighting, LV power reticulation, and communication systems.

Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Building Design, or equivalent qualification.

Highly Regarded:

Aconex system experience.

Contractor-side experience.
