Our client, one of the industries most highly respected Tier 2 consultancies with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, is looking for National BIM leads for both their Hydraulic and Electrical teams as part of active investment in Digital engineering.

Experience We Are Looking For
At least 8 years' experience working as an Electrical or Hydraulic BIM Lead in an Australian-based building services consultancy or electrical/plumbing contractor.
Experience working across a diverse range of project types, including tertiary and secondary education, health, laboratories, commercial office buildings, government and social infrastructure, and residential.
Proficiency in documenting electrical services, including but not limited to: power reticulation, mains and distribution switchboard design, lighting, security, data, comms, dry fire (additional experience in ICT is advantageous).
Advanced user of Revit MEP.
Advanced familiarity with clash detection/coordination tools such as Revizto, BIM 360, or Navisworks.
