Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller with a strong background in Commercial Electrical Construction projects?

This is a “TRUE” BIM Modeller role offering fantastic variety and diversity day-to-day. Be involved across all aspects of projects from Design, Site & Project teams.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeller – (Commercial Electrical).

Initial tasks will include–

· Develop, produce and manage Revit models for production of Electrical Services shop drawings.

· Assist with services coordination amongst other disciplines.

· Assist BIM team with development of families as required.

You will also play a crucial role in all Projects team Design & Modelling, relating to Planning, Estimation, Coordination, Financials, Procurement and successful project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong project related relationships with all internal divisions.

Qualifications and skills required:

· Min 3+ years’ experience as BIM modeller (within the contractor space preferred, but not essential).

· Commercial Electrical construction industry experience in Australia.

· Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Building Design (or equivalent).

· Systems – Revit & AutoCAD skills a must (Intermediate to Advanced)

· Experience with document control systems of BIM360/ACC, Aconex experience beneficial.

· Must have knowledge in building services sector, specifically Electrical Lighting & LV Power reticulation and Communications systems.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to a wide variety of challenges.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
