Our client is looking for a Change Manager with Life Insurance experience. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Manager to lead and support business change initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex change programs in the life insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support key projects and programs.
Identify and engage stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and distribution teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Conduct impact assessments, change readiness assessments, and develop targeted interventions to address change gaps.
Design and implement communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of the change.
Lead and support the creation and delivery of training, coaching, and support materials to build capability across impacted teams.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and SMEs to ensure the change components are integrated into project plans.
Support the organization through regulatory or compliance-driven changes within the life insurance portfolio.
Champion continuous improvement and contribute to building change management capability across the organization.
Requirements:
6+ years of proven experience in Change Management, with at least 2 years in the life insurance industry - A MUST.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulatory environment.
Familiarity with change management methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar.
Experience working on large transformation or system implementation programs (e.g., policy admin systems, digital platforms).
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
