What you’ll do:

Reviewing architectural drawings and developing structural concepts under the guidance of senior staff.

Develop quality structural designs and documentation across residential, commercial, mixed use, and community developments under the guidance of senior staff.

Prepare structural analysis models and perform capacity calculations for timber, steel, and concrete including post tensioned concrete under the guidance of senior staff.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Organise and manage multiple concurrent design tasks.

What we’re looking for:

0–2 years of local structural engineering experience in building design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Demonstrate an innate desire to always try your best.

Good character, inclusive, good humoured, and social.

Basic nderstanding of structural systems - steel, timber, and concrete and a willingness to learn where gaps in knowledge exist.

High standards, attention to detail, and job satisfaction gained through work done well.

Critical thinker with the ability to connect the dots.

Exposure to ETABS, RAPT, RAMConcept, SpaceGass, Structural Toolkit. Extra points for Revit, Rhino, and Wallap not essential but regarded.

You'll need a recognised bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng)
