Halo Service Solutions is a fast-growing software company, building innovative service management platforms for a global audience from our UK, US and Australian offices. Our systems allow businesses and organisations of all kinds to streamline their internal processes and ultimately gain efficiency. Our experienced team has worked with prestigious organisations including Sky TV, Sony and the FBI, and we have ambitious plans to scale quickly over the next few years.
Our Australian office is based in Melbourne and was established in 2019. Right now, we are looking for new members of our team who are driven, proactive, great communicators and innovative to help support our Australian company. You’ll play a pivotal role in our success from day one, working collaboratively with our friendly team across the globe whilst in direct contact with the Australian senior management team.
Your new role…
In your first few months at Halo, you’ll be immersed in our software and the way we work. This will include 1-2-1 training with your designated mentor, shadowing experienced team members in client workshops and demonstrations, and providing hands-on support to existing customers. Throughout this time, you’ll receive full training, regular progression meetings with your manager, and salary increases based on your performance.
Once you’ve built confidence with the system, you’ll take on more responsibility in your chosen path. For those progressing into professional services, this means leading client onboarding projects, running workshops, and delivering consultancy engagements. For those heading into sales, this includes managing your own sales opportunities, building relationships with new prospects, and showcasing the value of the platform. In both paths, you’ll have opportunities to meet clients face-to-face, both domestically and internationally.
During quieter periods, you’ll contribute across different areas of the business and continue to expand your knowledge of our ever-growing feature set. The opportunity for success is huge, giving you the platform to grow your career in a direction that matches your skills and ambitions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to think about complex business processes logically
Customer service experience
Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Previous experience of consultancy is desirable but non-essential

Additional Requirements
You must:
Currently be living in Melbourne to apply
Be willing to commute to our Southbank office 5 days per week for your initial 12 months (4 days in the office per week after 12 months)
