Casual Customer Service Agent (Work from Home and Onsite)

We’re on the hunt for an energetic and reliable Casual Customer Service Agent to join the team at Elite Supplements! This flexible role is ideal for someone with a flexible lifestyle who’s happy to step in on short notice, covering when team members are away on sick leave, during sale periods, school holidays, and over the Christmas shutdown.

The role is primarily work from home after hours, with the occasional shift from our Hume office during business hours.

What you will do:

Respond to live chats, customer emails, and online reviews

Provide support to our online store and retail outlets

Assist in day to day communication between our warehouse crew, marketing team, corporate and franchise stores, and our online customers

Be available at short notice to cover shifts when needed

Work mainly from home during after hours, with occasional onsite support at our Hume office during business hours

What we are looking for:

Strong written communication skills with a friendly, customer first approach

Reliable, flexible, and available to step in on short notice

Comfortable working both independently from home and as part of a team in the office

Previous experience in customer service or the health, fitness, and supplements industry is a plus but not essential, as full training will be provided
