Are you ready to deliver exceptional service from the comfort of your home office?
We are currently looking for a customer service agent to make outbound calls, following up with potential customers.
Your role will be to follow up with people who’ve already expressed interest in our property development projects — just checking in, answering basic questions, and making sure they’ve received what they need.
What You’ll Need
· Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a polished telephone manner.
· Experience: Preferred background, in a customer service, receptionist role.
· Tech-Confidence: Intermediate PC skills (Office 365, Microsoft Teams) Zoho CRM preferred but not essential.
Details to Know
· Flexible hours ranging from 10 - 20 hours per week, general office hours. From the comfort of home.
No cold calling, no sales pitch – just warm, helpful follow-up.
