About the role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Alivio Tourist Park Canberra. This is a casual position with flexible hours, perfect for those looking to supplement their income or gain experience in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring tables are clean and presentable
• Assisting with food preparation and replenishing stock as needed
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Supporting the wider team as required to ensure the smooth operation of the venue

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as a cafe, restaurant or bar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Enthusiasm for providing top-notch customer service and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A Valid ACT RSA and availability for the Christmas and New Years period are essential
