The Package: $35.74 - $39.49 gross per hour + 12% super. (Evaluated as Casual Grade 2 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).

Whether you're helping toddlers take their first dip or refining technique with school-aged swimmers, you'll be part of a fun, supportive team doing meaningful work in the community.

In this role you will:

Monitor and supervise patrons to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of aquatics and recreation facilities.

Deliver high-quality customer service, supporting front desk, food service, and general patron enquiries.

Facilitate swim classes, promoting skill development and water confidence in a fun and supportive setting.

We are looking for someone who:

Has an Austswim or Swim Australia Teacher accreditation (or is willing to obtain one for Learn to Swim instruction).

Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with people of all ages.

Is reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team across a variety of shifts, including weekends.
