Casual Sales Assistant - LotusMagic Belconnen

Are you a natural salesperson with a love for creating Magical customer experiences?

LotusMagic is seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team at our Belconnen, ACT, store. This is a casual position with the ability to go part-time/full-time as we grow (9-day rotational fortnight). You will need to be available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and every second Sunday. Friday and Sunday may be negotiable. You will work independently to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will need to:

Drive sales through product knowledge and genuine customer engagement

Work independently to manage daily store operations

Build relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences

Handle stock control, pricing, and visual merchandising

Process sales using POS systems and manage daily administration

Create social media content to promote products and events

Maintain store presentation and ensure workplace safety compliance

What We're Looking For

Proven retail sales experience with strong results

Excellent customer service skills and a natural people person

Highly organised and reliable - essential for solo shifts

Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Social media experience preferred

Experience with POS systems (Lightspeed X preferred, training provided)

Knowledge of Shopify is an advantage
