At Hand in Hand Mental Health and Disability Services, we are seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager (Allied Health) to drive excellence, innovation, and growth across our expanding national team.

About the Role
As our Service Delivery Manager, you will:
Lead and support a team of Allied Health employees and contractors.
Oversee service delivery across multiple funding streams including NDIS and Medicare.
Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and governance to practitioners.
Implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and workforce development.
Drive business growth, service improvement initiatives, and innovation.
Maintain a strong focus on participant outcomes, safeguarding, and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Social Services, Management, or Behaviour Practitioner Registration.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mental health or disability services, with at least 2 years in a management/supervisory role.
Experience in specialised behaviour support services under the NDIS.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.
Business development, marketing, and workforce growth experience.
Strong knowledge of compliance, clinical governance, and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
