Who we are:
All Family Nursing Care are a nursing and disability support provider serving Brisbane, Queensland.
We provide all aspects of mental health support, drug and alcohol management and community nursing. We also cater for participants of the NDIS scheme in their various homes. We ensure to empower individuals to be as independent as possible. That way, they can have more choices and control over their lives.
As part of our commitment to supporting the most vulnerable in our communities, we now provide specialised services for children and young people under department of child services, particularly those who are at risk, vulnerable, or in out-of-home care
The role is based On-site in Ipswich and provides services across Brisbane.
Who we are seeking:
We are growing our business and have created a Service Delivery Manager position to help support and manage this growth.
· Ideally you will have experience managing a team of Coordinators and Support workers delivering disability and child safety support services to people in their own homes and/or in a SIL environment.
· You will be passionate about supporting people to live their best lives.
· You are a caring and capable individual who enjoys developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure quality services are being delivered.
· You are a brilliant communicator who is able to manage communication with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
· You are a natural leader who brings people on the journey with you, managing performance, mitigating risks and creating sustainable solutions along the way.
· You are an excellent multitasker with exceptional time management skills.
· Able to receive and provide constructive feedback you also have a continuous improvement mindset.

A competitive salary around $120-130K for the right candidate

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
· Previous experience as a Service Delivery, Business, Operations or Manager overseeing a multidisciplinary team/business units
· Previous experience managing people and performance including the ability to lead, manage, train and mentor team members.
· Experience creating, implementing and overseeing client focused service delivery
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with and manage internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to work effectively, respectfully and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multi-skill work duties to maximise productivity.
· A demonstrated continuous improvement approach
· Experience managing Audit processes particularly with NDIS
· Current Disability Worker screening check and Blue Card
· A current, unrestricted, Queensland Drivers Licence
· A National Police Certificate
