Kartel Catering is a well-established culinary team based in the CBD, with a reputation for delivering exceptional food experiences across corporate events, film and television productions, and our own vibrant café spaces. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie with a great palate, strong technical skills, and a genuine love of food to join our upbeat kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role (or strong Commis ready to step up)

Passion for food, plating, and flavour balance

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

A team player with great communication and time-management skills

Reliability and pride in maintaining consistency and standards

Flexibility and willingness to contribute to a growing business
