Hotel Dining - we provide an amazing room service menu for our guests and bar menu in our premier cocktail lounge.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part time basis (Initially two days a week - Sundays & Mondays).

THE ROLE:

Responsible for your own busy section

Follow standard recipes and processes and procedures

Strive to create memorable dining experiences for all our guests

Demonstrated ability in working harmoniously with a team

Highly adaptable and able to succeed in high-pressure service periods

Have a high level of organisational and time management skills

REQUIREMENTS:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar qualification a must

Proven experience in a busy restaurant for at least 2 years +

Be passionate about our industry, and able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Drivers License and access to a car
