About South West Kids Clinic

We’ve been helping children in South West Sydney for over 17 years. Our team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and dietitians support children with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, Down syndrome, and other neuromuscular conditions.

With clinics in Prestons and Picton, we’re growing to meet the needs of even more families and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help share our story with the people who need us most.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and deliver hands-on. In this role, you’ll:

Develop campaign strategies aligned to our clinic’s goals.

Execute campaigns across social media, email, website, print, and community channels.

Report on outcomes with data and insights to guide future campaigns.

Own projects end-to-end - from the first idea, to creative execution, to post-campaign analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Update our website with blogs, service information, and campaign pages.

Design flyers, brochures, and digital assets in Canva (or similar).

Manage referrer engagement activities with schools, GPs, and community partners.

Support community events, school workshops, and information nights.

Keep our Google Business Profiles fresh with posts and photos.

Compile monthly marketing reports with performance insights.

About You

You’re not just a doer, you’re a thinker and planner too. You enjoy working independently, taking ideas and turning them into polished campaigns that deliver results.

You’ll bring:

Experience developing, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns.

Strong skills in content creation and campaign reporting.

Creative flair with Canva (or similar tools) and confident social media management.

Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

Basic website update skills (WordPress preferred).

A warm, professional style that fits our family-focused brand.

Experience in healthcare, allied health, or education marketing (preferred but not essential)

Knowledge of Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO basics.
