Seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator for mid-September start.

Minimum 8 hours per week, up to 12 hours to be performed over 1 - 2 days between Monday - Thursday (days are flexible) with opportunity to expand to a permanent part time roll in 2026.

Required to work on-site at our office located in the Industrial estate of Somersby.

Would potentially suit a mum looking to reenter the workforce or someone with additional work or study commitments. Contractors welcome.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our small friendly team, in the role of Marketing Coordinator.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands, ensuring that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals.

The functions of this role are to be performed from our office in Somersby.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to;

Develop marketing plans within budget.

Manage and report on all marketing activities for all brands.

Data analysis including overall sales reporting.

Plan new product launches.

Creation and updating of marketing assets: product brochures, brand presentations, print advertising.

Digital Marketing: social channels, EDM’s, website maintenance, content creation, manage digital campaigns, analytics and reporting.

Coordinate and manage all retail customer promotions.

Qualifications and Skills;

Degree or equivalent qualifications in marketing, business administration or, a related field (desirable).

Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing coordination role or, similar.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative suite, Canva, Meta platform, Mailchimp, and Wordpress.

Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards.

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
