We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager – Marketing to oversee and deliver key marketing projects across our business. This role will begin with 5 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.

Your first major project will be working with our Viral Coach partner to build and scale Angie’s Vocals coaching and subscription program, as well as Angie Caldwell Voice Coaching services. This will include managing timelines, campaigns, social media, and system integrations to ensure smooth launches and sustainable growth.

You’ll work closely with the Founder/Director, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and marketing systems are optimised for scale. This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to shape how our projects are planned and delivered as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing projects including coaching programs, subscriptions, and service offerings.

Managing Freelancers: Finding and hiring offshore freelancers and VAs to complete project specific work and set up

Email Marketing: Manage and schedule campaigns using platforms such as Active Campaign or Keap, ensuring automation and workflows are optimised.

Social Media Management: Supporting the Viral Coach team in coordinating content calendars, campaigns, and posts to support launches and ongoing engagement.

Workflow & Task Management: Maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking to keep deliverables on schedule.

Reporting: Provide progress updates to the Director, including project milestones, challenges, and next steps.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline systems, leverage automation, and improve efficiency.

About You

Ultra-organised and detail-oriented—you love keeping projects on track.

Knowledgeable in social media, email marketing and online courses, with experience running successful campaigns.

Confident using CRMs (Active Campaign, Keap, or similar) and email marketing platforms.

Strong communicator, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.

Flexible, reliable, and proactive—you anticipate needs and take initiative.

Comfortable with Google Workspace, project dashboards, and task management tools.

Previous experience in coaching, education, or creative industries is a bonus.
