We’re expanding fast and are now looking for a hands-on Regional Manager in Brisbane to lead our operations and support our growth across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

The Role:

This isn’t a corporate desk job - it’s a frontline leadership role. We’re after someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, get onsite, and back their team when needed. You’ll be in charge of running day-to-day operations across your region, keeping standards high, and making sure both staff and clients are looked after.

The role comes with a work car, fuel card, and big career opportunities as we continue to expand nationally.

You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing daily cleaning operations across hospitality venues, gyms, and event sites

Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of cleaners, contractors, and site supervisors

Conducting site inspections, audits, and ensuring quality standards are met

Building strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact

Troubleshooting problems fast when things don’t go to plan

Assisting with quoting, onboarding new sites, and improving processes

About You

We're looking for a practical operator who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment. The right person will have:

Brisbane-based and ready to travel between sites

Ambition - you want to take ownership of your region and make it your own

People skills - you can manage cleaners one minute and present to a client the next

Resilience - you don’t get flustered when things go wrong, you just get them fixed

Experience in cleaning, hospitality, facilities, or other service industries (preferred but not essential)

A valid driver’s license and willingness to be out in the field most days
